Challenge	When ABG was looking for a multi-rater feedback system, "e-Ncompass" came highly recommended from one of our pleased client. ABG being a multi-location based company. The web/database servers are replicated in each of the locations. We deployed e-Ncompass in such a fashion, that the database remains central and webserver-files are replicated. This was a major challenge, which was rolled out and worked seamlessly from the word go.
